These Terms of Service govern your use of chefozzy.com and any booking made with Chef Ozzy ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & payment

  • Bookings are confirmed once details are agreed upon directly with Chef Ozzy.
  • Pricing shown on the website (per-person rates, packages) is a general guide; final pricing depends on menu, guest count, and event specifics.
  • Payment terms (deposits, due dates, accepted methods) will be communicated directly at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation grace periods vary by party size:

  • Private dinner parties under 8 guests: 48 hours before the event
  • Parties of 8–30 guests: 4 days before the event
  • Parties larger than 30 guests: 7 days before the event

Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made before the applicable grace period above.

If cancellation occurs within the grace period, for any circumstance, a partial refund of 25% of the deposit will be issued.

If cancellation occurs on the date of the event itself, with no rescheduling arranged, no refund will be issued.

Dietary restrictions & allergies

Clients are responsible for disclosing all dietary restrictions, allergies, and intolerances at the time of booking. While we take reasonable care to accommodate stated restrictions, we cannot guarantee an environment completely free of allergens, as meals are often prepared in client kitchens.

Liability

Chef Ozzy provides culinary services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions in a client's kitchen or venue, or for issues arising from information not disclosed to us in advance (such as undisclosed allergies).

Intellectual property

Recipes, photos, and video content on this website belong to Chef Ozzy and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
